I’m so happy you’re here.

Hi! I’m Morgan (she/her). I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're already carrying the weight of uncertainty, stress, or sadness. Taking that first step is incredibly brave.

I specialize in working with young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, and the many challenges that come with emerging adulthood, from relationship shifts and career decisions to questions of purpose and self-worth. I also support individuals working through body image concerns, spirituality and religious exploration, and relational difficulties.

We each have a story that deserves to be honored. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped you, both the ones that support you and the ones that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll gently move toward greater self-understanding, relief from emotional pain, and new tools to help you build a more authentic, grounded, and empowered life.

I am dedicated to helping people heal.

I offer individual therapy sessions at a rate of $125 per 50 minute session and have sliding scale rates available. I am also in-network with Medicaid (Colorado Access + CCHA) and Kaiser. You can email me at morgan@kincounseling.co.
