Baylee Sheridan

Master’s-Level Therapist in Denver, Colorado

Do you feel disconnected from yourself or others? Does your anxiety feel like it’s running the show? Maybe you long to feel more at home in your body and your relationships, but aren’t sure where to start.

It’s time to reconnect— with yourself, your story, and your body.

I’m Baylee (she/her), and I help clients explore their inner world and relational patterns with compassion and curiosity. I work with individuals who want to feel more grounded, regulated, and present—people who are ready to break free from what’s keeping them stuck and move toward healing.

In our work together, I integrate mindfulness and somatic approaches to help you reconnect your mind and body. I believe that you are the expert of your own story—I’m just here to walk alongside you as you uncover, understand, and reclaim it.

I prioritize safety and nervous system regulation, because without a sense of safety, real change is hard to access or sustain. We’ll explore the root of what you’re experiencing, whether that’s anxiety, critical self-talk, or relational pain, while practicing the tools to support lasting transformation.

I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves.

I show up to sessions with curiosity, care, and deep respect for your nervous system’s wisdom. Whether you’re feeling anxious, numb, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I’ll meet you with presence and compassion. My goal is to create a space that feels safe enough to explore, feel, and reconnect at your own pace. We’re wired for connection, and from early on, our relationships shape how we see ourselves and others. These patterns live not just in our thoughts but in our bodies.

Healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. Therapy offers space to slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and gently explore what’s ready for change. I believe relationships involve both rupture and repair. Learning how to navigate these moments, within ourselves and with others, is at the heart of healing. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, attachment, and somatic awareness. Together, we’ll explore how your past shaped your present, while creating new experiences of safety, connection, and self-trust.

I offer therapy sessions for a rate of $75 per 50 minute session. I am also in-network with Medicaid (Colorado Access + CCHA) + Kaiser. You can email me at baylee@kincounseling.co.
