I’m Jade (she/her), and I support folks healing from relational wounds—whether rooted in family dynamics, past relationships, spiritual or community environments, or any place where connection required fear, pressure, or self-abandonment. If you’re here, you may be longing for a space where you can simply breathe, soften, and be met exactly as you are. I’m so glad you made your way here.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Many people survive painful relationships by disconnecting from their bodies, needs, or feelings—learning to stay small, keep the peace, or carry others’ emotions. In this space, you don’t have to keep bracing or overriding your inner world. Together, we’ll return to yourself slowly and with tenderness, honoring what feels truly possible for you. Through a collaborative, compassionate process, you’ll begin to reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your ability to make choices aligned with your own values and desires.

We’ll begin by exploring the sensations and cues in your body, building a foundation of safety and reconnecting with ease and presence. From there, we’ll gently examine the relationship patterns that shaped you and support meaningful shifts in communication, self-awareness, and connection.

If you’re longing for a place where your story can rest, where your body can begin to trust again, and where your heart can remember its own wisdom—this space is for you. By the end of our work together, you’ll feel more grounded, more confident navigating relationships, and more connected to who you truly are. Together, we’ll move toward the parts of you that have been waiting in the quiet, ready to be seen, held, and welcomed home.

I am dedicated to helping people reclaim their identity.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed, body-based, and attachment-focused frameworks. I integrate techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and AEDP to create a nurturing environment where you can heal and reclaim your identity, wellness, and pleasure. We’ll also address societal structures—such as capitalism, racism, sexism, and homophobia—that may impact your personal journey.

I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate self-discovery and healing, empowering them to reconnect with their intuition and inner safety.

I offer therapy sessions for a rate of $155 per 50 minute session. You can email me at jade@kincounseling.co.
