Brooke Schildroth
Master’s-Level Therapist in Denver, Colorado
Remember a time when you felt truly aligned with yourself and life felt lighter? Maybe disconnection with yourself and others has become your “norm”, anxiety has taken a hold of your everyday, or you feel caught in the constant hum of overwhelm.
It’s time to return to a whole and unified you.
I’m Brooke (she/her), and I help clients reconnect with themselves and move towards wholeness. I work with individuals seeking to better understand who they are, cultivate an inner sense of safety and confidence, and reclaim their personal agency. Wherever you find yourself, I value creating a space where every part of your story is deeply welcomed and honored. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and that your body already holds the wisdom you need to heal. My desire is to walk alongside you as you tend to the aspects of yourself that have been wounded, hidden, or lost.
Together, we will engage with your story and explore how past experiences and relationships have shaped where you find yourself today. From there, we’ll develop tools to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regain self-trust, engage with difficult emotions, and compassionately interact with what’s ready to change. Through our work together, my hope is that you’ll feel empowered to thrive; finding the healing, alignment, and freedom you’ve been yearning for.
I am dedicated to helping people live more connected, whole, and authentic lives.
I emphasize creating safety, trust, and autonomy within the therapeutic relationship at every step of your process. I believe healing happens in this relational space where both mind and body feel free to be known fully, without judgment. My approach weaves together attachment theory, AEDP, strength-based therapy, parts language, somatic awareness, and creative expression to nurture a deep, holistic understanding of self. I prioritize creating a space where you can safely explore your inner and outer world, process stored trauma, process emotions, and unpack aspects of identity at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll explore patterns and relationships that have shaped your story, fostering secure and compassionate connections within yourself and with others. This integrative and adaptive framework supports you in reclaiming your story and moving toward safe, sustainable, and deeply rooted healing.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, defeated, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it’s normal to feel tension about what the process of healing might look like. You don’t have to do it alone. I am committed to being present with you as you navigate this journey, meeting you exactly where you are. By listening to the invitation your body offers, you can begin taking steps toward the wholeness, confidence, and connection you’ve been longing for.
I offer therapy sessions for a rate of $75 per 50 minute session. I am also in-network with Medicaid (Colorado Access + CCHA) + Kaiser. You can email me at brooke@kincounseling.co.
