Build a relationship that will last a life time.

This in-person workshop offers a supportive and skilled-based experience to strengthen your romantic relationship.

Couples will explore key principles that support lasting relationships, using brief teaching segments, couple exercises, and group reflection. Topics will include fostering admiration and appreciation, turning toward one another, managing conflict, creating shared goals, and sustaining intimacy. The group aims to create a supportive, growth-oriented environment where couples can learn, practice, and apply relational tools grounded in evidence-based Gottman Methods.

The Details:

  • Saturday, March 21 from 9:30-1:30

  • Snacks provided

  • Meeting in-person at Kin Counseling Services in West Wash Park

  • $50 per couple

  • This workshop will be part teaching and part doing! There will be times you will be learning about latest research on how to build a strong relationship, and then putting it in practice by doing skills based activities with your partner.

  • You will not be sharing intimate information about yourself or your relationship with the group. This workshop is aimed at getting to know our partners better, and no intimate or specific information about your relationship will need to be shared with the group.

  • This workshop is for couples aged 25-35 who are feeling pretty good about their relationship, don’t have a history of abuse, who want to be in the relationship long-term, and wish to  strengthen their relationship.
