Do you feel like you’re constantly at war within yourself? Maybe you worry that your story will never make sense to yourself or others. Maybe you’re feeling burnt out from the accumulation of expectations placed on you over the years. Or perhaps you’ve found yourself in a place where it feels impossible to reconcile the things that happened to you with the life you’re hoping to live.

You don’t have to hold all of this alone.

I’m Rebecca (she/her) and I help people come back to themselves. If you’re feeling disoriented and out of place in your own life, I’m here to support you in coming into wholehearted alignment with yourself. Whatever it is that you bring to therapy, I’m here to help foster your unburdening and becoming.

We’ll start by exploring your story, including the relationships and systems that have shaped where you are today. We’ll gently listen to and work with your body and nervous system, building self-trust and deepening your intuition in ways that feel effective and sustainable.

Whether your goal is to nurture inner child wounds, move through painful parts of your story, or understand why it feels so hard to show up as your truest self, I’ll be with you in the process of listening to your body’s signals so that you can feel safe, empowered, and connected.

I am dedicated to helping people reimagine their story.

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, somatic-focused, and attachment-based lens to develop a holistic and compassionate understanding of you and your world. Our work together may include an integration of parts work (Internal Family Systems), somatic tools, and mindfulness, along with candid human-to-human conversation and connection.

I know how hard it is to unlearn toxic belief systems and heal from trauma so that you can show up for the people around you. My own experiences in therapy, exploring my upbringing and mental health struggles, taught me that even after over a decade of painful struggle, change and healing are still possible. I learned that the wounds that happened in relationships could also be healed in safe, nurturing relationships. This fuels my hope for each and every client to experience safety, both within their bodies and in connection with others.

Maybe you desire change but feel afraid of the work it might take to get there. Moving toward healing is tender and vulnerable, and it’s my truest honor to come alongside you as you seek to make sense of your stories and hurts. I’ll be right here with you as you reconnect to wholeness and gently find your way back to yourself. Together, we’ll move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your history, and your hopes, creating space for healing that feels steady, supported, and deeply yours.

I offer individual therapy sessions at a rate of $150 per 50-minute session and couples therapy sessions at $170 per 50-minute session. I am also in-network with Kaiser. You can email me at rebecca@kincounseling.co.
