Georgia Moldrup MA, LPCC

EMDR & AEDP Trained Psychotherapist in Colorado

I’m Georgia (she/her), and I help people just like you: ones that have a deep longing to explore their story with openness and reconnect with their authentic selves, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find transformation, self-compassion, and inner-peace by equipping them with the tools they need to reconnect with themselves and move towards healing.

Many of today’s solutions for trauma, people pleasing, and overthinkingcan feel likequick fixes or bandaid solutions, leading so many to feel like they are stuck in storytellingmode, talking about their emotions and experiences, but still feeling stuck. I know that your circumstances are complex and unique to you, so every step we take is tailored to you, your personality, and your own lived experiences.

Together, we will co-create safety in our relationship and gently explore how past experiences and relationships have shaped how you show up today- especially in moments where you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or anxious in your relationships. Then, we experientially and relationally move towards deepening emotional awareness, reconnecting you with your body, and cultivating new ways of relating that feel more authentic, empowered, and aligned with who you are now. Through our work together, you’ll feel more at home with yourself, more trusting of your inner-experience, and more able to engage in relationships that feel safe, mutual, and deeply fulfilling.

I am dedicated to helping people experience meaningful healing and transformation.

My training in AEDP and other relational and somatic trauma-informed approaches means I have the expertise you need and deserve to heal your relationships and reconnect with your authentic self. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be the one who always shows up for everyone else while quietly struggling with relational anxiety, deconstructing beliefs that no longer feel aligned, people-pleasing, and the resentment and burnout that can come with it, right?

I get it because of my own lived experiences as the oldest daughter and cycle-breaker of generational trauma. My own experiences with anxiety, people-pleasing, grief, and trauma are what make me passionate about connecting with people and supporting you through this journey back to yourself. I know that it might feel pointless to revisit experiences that happened years ago, I know this can feel heavy, and it can be easier to push it all down and keep it moving. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

I offer individual therapy sessions at a rate of $150 per 50 minute session. I have sliding scale rates available. I am also in-network with Medicaid (Colorado Access + CCHA) and Kaiser. You can email me at allie@kincounseling.co.
